To exercise the right to return purchased merchandise, the customer must adhere to the following instructions:

• All returns and exchanges must be done within the first fifteen (15) days following the purchase.

• No returns or exchanges will be made without purchase receipt. The customer must have the purchase receipt on hand at the moment of the return or the exchange.

• Neither returns nor exchanges will be received if the product is imcomplete and not returned in the way the product was delivered, as in it has all components like: labels, accesories, packing, original instruction manuals and are in good original state and unused.

• There will not be returns or exchanges for any purchased product that has been used.

• Products like socks, compression socks and replaceable padded shorts can’t be returned.

• There aren’t cash refunds, only store credit to be used for the purchase of another article.
